RE34RC03: This 2 hour class covers the importance of national economic trends to the real estate professional; housing and the economy; and housing demographics. Our instructor, Peter West, will also bring us an update from the National Assocation of REALTORS chief economist Lawrence Yun and his predictions for the market in 2025 and 2026.
